Valuing diversity at United Way of McLean County is a strategic priority. Our goal is to maximize the impact we make in our community – a community built upon the diverse talents, cultures, and perspectives of the human race. Diversity provides a broader, richer, more fertile environment for creative thinking and innovation. We strive to attract a Board of Directors, volunteers, and staff that reflect the diversity of our community and nation. Valuing diversity and inclusion is who we are, what we believe, and how we do business. This is important to United Way of McLean County not only because it is good human relations, but also because it is the right thing to do.
