2010 Pacesetter Campaign

Advocate BroMenn Medical Center has been named the exclusive Pacesetter for the 2010 Campaign. Cindy VanDusen, Case Manager, and Sandy Young, Senior Clinical Analyst, are leading a committee of Advocate BroMenn employees who are working closely with United Way staff to plan their employee campaign. The Pacesetter Campaign will run from July 26 to August 6.

As the 2010 Pacesetter, Advocate BroMenn Medical Center will set the pace for the entire community and their results will be highlighted throughout the 2010 Campaign. Advocate BroMenn will run a model campaign that will include the following components:

• Visible management support of the campaign
• A formal Leadership Giving campaign
• Formal United Way educational meetings for employees
• A process to ensure all employees have an opportunity to participate
